KEY HOLDING
For our management clients we act as secure key holders. Any necessary visits to your property by emergency services, utility companies, tradesmen and delivery companies will be arranged directly through us.
MONTHLY INSPECTIONS
We provide monthly inspections of your property during your absence. Any significant problems will be notified with the recommended action to remedy the problem.
Security – Checking all doors and windows are correctly locked and that the alarm system is functioning correctly.
Utilities – Making sure the water, electric, phone and internet services are working. Toilets will be flushed and the taps run in sinks, baths and showers to ensure water traps do not produce any bad odors.
Airing – Opening windows and doors.
ATTENDANCE TO COMMUNITY MEETING
We shall attend the community meeting for you if you are unable to attend.
